Health Certificate

The Cyprus Squash Rackets Association decided that all athletes must hold a valid health certificate, so also all the members of the Limassol Squash Association. Players without a certificate can be excluded for participation in the League and or other events.

Please see below the requirements for the issue of health certificates.

Until the age of 12:
• Pediatrician's examination
• cardio test
• 2 recent photographs

Ages 12-35:
• Blood test
• cardio test
• chest x-ray test
• 2 recent photographs
• medical certificate

Above 35 years old:
• Blood test,
• Fitness test,
• chest x-ray test,
• 2 recent photographs,
• medical certificate,
• if there is any concern after the above exams, further tests are performed.

Recent tests of up to 6 months are accepted.

All the above can be done privately or at Melathron Agonision E.O.K.A Palodeia (tel.: 255775555) for half price.
